Simms provided detail surrounding Jeezy's "involvement" stating that in 2004 he was ordered by BMF higher ups Chad "J-Bo" Brown and Martez "Tito" Byrth to set aside numerous amounts of kilo's for 2 shipments one which was to be delievered to the self proclaimed "Snowman" / "Mr. 17.5".

Big Meech himself pleaded guilty in Detroit last November to running a Continuing Criminal Enterprise (CCE) after being charged under the RICO statute. He faces a minimum sentence of 20 years. Other BMF associates, including rapper Bleu DaVinci of the BMF Koch imprint have pleaded guilty over the past two weeks to conspiracy to distrubute narcotics and are currently awaiting sentencing.
