Eddie Griffin's former production manager, Vince Beane is suing Eddie for allegedly assaulting him in March 2008 while working on a TV pilot.
Eddie accused Vince of treating his mother "like a slave nigga" or a "ghetto momma on junior prom night just waiting to get slammed" because he booked Eddie's mom into a cheap three-star hotel, said Vince.
Vince filed the lawsuit today in L.A. County Superior Court against Eddie and the Leslie Greif Company. The company is being sued because they supplied Eddie with six bottles of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, which allegedly caused Eddie to grab Vince by the collar and started smacking him around for his treatment of mother. "That was for my momma. she ain't no nappy-headed ho," stated in the court documents.
Eddie Griffin reps called Vince allegations "completely absurd" and "without merit."
