More details have surfaced surrounding a fracas in which a man was beaten by the entourage of rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight, who was also knocked unconscious during the altercation.

Sources have told AllHipHop.com that five to six men assaulted an unknown man in front of the packed club, apparently over a monetary dispute.

An eyewitness told AllHipHop.com that all of the men, including Knight, began to beat, kick and stomp the man.

Witnesses told AllHipHop.com that Knight became irate when he noticed another man filming the altercation with a cell phone.

Knight allegedly put the man who was taping the incident in a headlock.

The man broke free from Knight’s grip. A few minutes later the man pulled in front of Shag’s, popped his trunk and pulled out a pole-like object that was used to strike Knight on the back of the head.

“Blood started gushing everywhere,” an eyewitness told AllHipHop.com. He sat on the sidewalk unconscious for several minutes. It's hard to see from the photos online, but there was a nasty gash on the back of his head."

While at a nightclub, Suge was seen arguing with an unidentified man over money that was owed to Suge. Suge entourage commenced to give homey an ass whooping. During the scuffle, homey landed a right hook connecting to the face of Suge and knocked him out.

According to the Chicago Sun-Times: The judge in R. Kelly pornography case denied his lawyer's request to delay the trial. Kellys lawyers' wanted an special prosecutor to investigate sealed information that was leaked to the Sun-Times.

"The Sun-Times reported Friday that a potential witness in R. Kelly trial - who would testify to having a threesome with Kelly and an underage girl - was allegedly paid by an aide to the singer in order to get back an incriminating sex video."

Even with all the media circus like attention surrounding this case, Assistant state's attorney Shauna Boliker, believes they can move forward with a fair trial for R. Kellys' defense.

If convicted on child pornography charges, Kells can receive up to 15 years in prison. Remember, R. Kelly is 41 years old, so he can can call his career over if convicted.
